Karel graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition. She is currently completing a diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee to deepen her knowledge and help athletes optimize their performance and overall health. She moved to British Columbia 3 years ago, drawn by her passion for climbing, the outdoors and the like-minded community. Her lifelong interest in nutrition fuels her mission to help others find balance and joy in their eating habits.
