MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling, also referred to as Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), involves the use of fine needles to create micro-channels in the skin. This process triggers the body's natural healing response, resulting in increased collagen and elastin production for firmer and smoother complexion. It is minimally invasive and targets fine lines, wrinkles, and scars leaving you with radiant refreshed skin.
MICRONEEDLING BENEFITS
Enhanced Collagen and Elastin Production: Promotes skin rejuvenation and reduces signs of aging.
Improved Skin Texture: Minimizes the appearance of scars, large pores, and stretch marks.
Hyperpigmentation Reduction: Evens out skin tone by diminishing dark spots and pigmentation issues.
Enhanced Product Absorption: Increases the effectiveness of skincare products by allowing deeper penetration.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Consultation: An initial assessment will be conducted to understand your skin's needs and your treatment goals.
Preparation: Skin will be thoroughly cleansed, and a numbing cream will be applied to ensure comfort. While we are waiting for the numbing cream, acupuncture needles will be placed on the body to help address any skin issues from within.
Microneedling Process: A device with fine needles will be gently moved across your skin with the use of a hyaluronic acid serum, creating controlled micro-injuries.
Follow-up: For optimal results a series of 4-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart is generally recommended. The exact number may vary depending on individual skin concerns and goals.
